How long will the repair process take?

This depends on the amount of repair work that needs to be done, as every job is custom.
The estimator will be able to give a projected completion date with the exception of any delays on parts.

Do I have to make an appointment to bring my vehicle/RV in?

Walk-ins are welcome any time during regular business hours, especially if you’ve had a collision or need an emergency repair. However, we strongly encourage you to call ahead for estimate/inspection appointments so that we can ensure timely service.

Will Premier Coach Works deal directly with my insurance company?

Yes. We have established relationships with many major insurance companies and are able to work with them directly.

Do you offer a warranty on the repair?

Yes. We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our repair work and at time of delivery, you will be provided with the details in our warranty certificate.

When do I have to pay my deductible?

If a deductible applies, payment is due at time of pick-up, but only after repairs are complete.

Do I have to pay for a rental car?

If your insurance company is paying for the repairs and you have rental coverage, then you are responsible for the rental coverage costs. If you are the claimant and the other party’s insurance is paying, they are responsible. If you don’t have rental coverage, we can assist you with rental pick-up and delivery through Enterprise.

Will you be able to match my original paint?

Yes. We guarantee a computerized color match to all original factory finishes and our certified refinish team is highly-trained in the best-quality paint products.

Is it true that I need three estimates before I can have my vehicle/RV repaired?

No insurance company in any state can “Require” you to obtain multiple estimates, it is your right to choose your repair shop, you should choose a shop that is certified to perform your repairs and offers lifetime warranties. We are recommended by many local automotive dealers as well as numerous major insurance companies to their customers.

Do I have a say in which shop handles the repairs on my vehicle/RV?

Yes. You can have your vehicle serviced at the shop of your choice.

Will the replacement parts on my vehicle/RV be factory original or aftermarket?

Original equipment manufacturer parts are always our first choice when repairing your vehicle, as they are the best choice for bringing your vehicle back to its original condition. There are cases, however, in which insurance companies require us to use aftermarket parts due to cost. We will discuss all parts chosen by your insurance company prior to any repairs being started.
