Claims Processing FAQ’s

To take the worry out of RV insurance claim processing, we answer all your questions in advance, including:

Q: Is there a deductible?

A: Most RV insurance claims (including glass claims) come with deductibles, although some types of comprehensive claims can have zero deductibles.

Q: Does it vary by insurance?

A: Deductibles vary according to how much out-of-pocket expenses you want to pay. You chose the deductible amount when you purchased your insurance.

Q: Who pays for the upfront cost – the insurance or the customer?

A: If you have a deductible, your insurance provider will pay for the repairs minus your deductible. For example, if your insurance policy indicates a $500 deductible, you are responsible for the first $500 of repair costs, and your insurance company pays the balance. Your deductible comes due when the repairs are completed.

Don’t Pay More than You Should

A mishandled claim could mean you end up paying more than your fair share. At Premier Coach Works, we make sure your claim is processed properly so your insurance company covers the full amount of all repairs covered in your policy and you pay only what your deductible requires.

You get fast, professional RV repair work, great customer service, and confidence that your insurance claim will be handled by experts. Why go anywhere else for your RV repairs?
